Ella is mobile, so you can participate anywhere you have an internet connection.
In addition to daily mindfulness activities, you'll join an online class of 10 to 25 peers.
You’ll participate in live mindfulness classes with your dedicated coach.
Ella will introduce you to mindfulness techniques, and you'll learn how to use them to help manage the pain you're experiencing.
* Please note, this does not include a class or dedicated coach. Those are introduced in Phase 1.
You can think of mindfulness as mental training exercises for your brain. You do them to improve your focus, attention and awareness.
This helps you relate to your pain differently, and has been shown to reduce the overall pain you’re experiencing.
We’re happy to announce that Ella, in partnership with Cedars-Sinai, is covering the cost of the program for the first 200 people.
Introduction to Ella is a prerequisite for Phase 1.
